Lessons will wrap up on Saturday, 21 December and resume on Monday, 3 February 2025. During the holidays, our office will reopen on Monday, 13 January, with staff available from 10 am to 2 pm to assist with any questions or enquiries. Meet the dedicated administrative team behind the Tamworth Regional Conservatorium of Music. From financial management to event coordination and student support, our skilled staff ensure smooth operations and exceptional service. Together, they create an environment where music education flourishes, supporting students, teachers, and the community with professionalism and care.

Noelene Bosworth Conservatorium Director		As Conservatorium Director since 2016, Noelene leads the Tamworth Regional Conservatorium of Music with vision and dedication. With over two decades at TRCM, she has held key roles, including Head of Brass and Woodwind and Coordinator of Teaching and Learning. Noelene’s musical journey includes serving in the Australian Army Band Sydney and teaching brass in Grafton, Toowoomba, and Sydney. She has also lectured at the University of New England and tutored for the Department of Education’s regional and international band programs, inspiring musicians of all ages.
Todd Power Program Manager		Todd brings creativity and leadership to his role as Program Manager, where he oversees teaching and learning, event coordination, and administrative operations. A former TRCM student, Todd returned in 2013, blending his expertise in music and audio engineering with a deep passion for education. In 2023, he directed CAPERS, a showcase featuring over 1500 regional students. Currently, Todd is furthering his expertise through a Master of Secondary Teaching (Music) at UNE.
Lynnette Dallas Office & Finance Manager		Lynnette ensures the Conservatorium’s financial stability, handling billing, payroll, and tax compliance with precision and care. Her meticulous management supports the smooth running of operations, allowing the organisation to focus on its core mission: delivering exceptional music education to the community.
Leanne Kirchner Building & Project Manager		Leanne plays a pivotal role in maintaining the Conservatorium’s facilities and operations. She manages building maintenance, coordinates the timetabling of all lessons, and supports the Director in updating policies and procedures. Leanne’s organisational expertise ensures a seamless environment for both staff and students to thrive.
Lucy McMahon Administrative Assistant		Lucy is the welcoming face and voice of the Conservatorium, ensuring every visitor and caller feels supported. She handles a range of administrative tasks with efficiency and care, focusing on providing exceptional support for the Early Childhood Music program. Lucy’s friendly presence keeps the Conservatorium running smoothly.
