Flute Ensemble is an educational ensemble comprising flautists of any age. Focussing on stylistic interpretation and presentation of music in a range of genres, this is a great way to learn conducting patterns and cues in repertoire, learn to keep a steady beat amongst other players, blend sounds and develop flexibility in intonation (playing in tune).
 

REHEARSALS

Flute Ensemble is directed by Hannah Caterer and rehearses Mondays from 5:30 to 6 pm in the Chapel Theatre.

Flute Ensemble is open to flautists, up to approximately Grade 4 (AMEB). No audition is necessary. Contact the office for more information or complete an enrolment form.
