Settle into the cozy glow of the Chapel Theatre for Hootenanny High Tea, a celebration of song, storytelling, and shared moments, presented by Arts North West On Tour as part of the 54th Toyota Tamworth Country Music Festival. Over three afternoons — January 19, 21, and 23, 2026 — the stage becomes a hearth for heartfelt folk, bluegrass, and blues.

 

 

Monday, 19 January at 1:30 pm

Kick off Hootenanny High Tea on January 19 with an afternoon of live, honest music that captures the heart of Tamworth. The Chapel Theatre comes alive with Jhana Allen, Jane A Naoi + Ethan Latsinos, and The Peel River Ramblers — three acts bringing raw talent and genuine connection to the stage.

Jhana Allen opens with sharp songwriting and a voice full of clarity and warmth. Jane A Naoi follows with thoughtful lyrics and acoustic precision, blending folk and Americana influences with quiet strength.

Taking the stage at the Chapel Theatre are Carly Robinson, Buddy Knox, and The Articulate Mutes — three acts with distinct sounds but the same love of live music.

Carly Robinson brings her heartfelt songwriting and fresh energy, sharing songs that connect straight to the crowd. Then, blues powerhouse Buddy Knox lights up the room with his signature guitar grooves and confident stage presence, blending passion with polish.
