Junior Learner Groups

Small group lessons give students the chance to learn new skills in a fun and social way

 

JUNIOR KEYBOARD

Group keyboard lessons are a great way to be introduced to piano playing. Skills taught in this program focus on keyboard technique and performance, listening, pitch matching, singing, rhythm, movement and music appreciation and is open to children aged 4 to 8.

Classes are held in the Keyboard Lab at the Conservatorium.

COST $108 per term
Maximum of five students per group

 

JUNIOR UKULELE

The ukulele is a wonderful instrument for children to play. It's fun, portable, and kids can learn new skills quickly. It's also a great way of introducing children to other stringed instruments like guitar, banjo, or even violin. This group is open to children aged 4 to 8.

Classes are held in the Practice Room at the Conservatorium.

COST $108 per term
Maximum of eight students per group

 

JUNIOR VIOLIN

Group violin lessons are a great way to be introduced to string playing. Skills taught in this program focus on playing technique and performance, listening, pitch matching, singing, rhythm, movement and music appreciation and is open to children aged 4 to 8.

Classes are held at the Conservatorium on the top floor.

COST $108 per term
Maximum of eight students per group
