Poco Più Mosso

Poco Più Mosso, meaning "a little more movement," is a string ensemble designed for players up to approximately Grade 3 (AMEB). This group is ideal for musicians ready to take their ensemble skills to the next level while enjoying the fun and satisfaction of playing in a group.

Rehearsals focus on refining string techniques, such as bowing, intonation, and dynamics, as well as enhancing ensemble awareness and musicality. Members will explore a diverse repertoire that challenges their abilities while remaining enjoyable and achievable.

Playing in Poco Più Mosso is an excellent way to grow as a musician, develop confidence, and experience the joy of performing with others. The social aspect of the ensemble fosters friendships and a sense of community among participants.

With regular performance opportunities at Conservatorium events, members can showcase their progress and celebrate their achievements. Poco Più Mosso provides a supportive and inspiring environment where string players can continue their musical journey, build skills, and make lasting memories.
